If you are dissatisfied with coffee you have purchased from Java Lords online store, we want to make it right.

Please let us know there is an issue within 14 Days of receipt of your coffee.

Opened product: we can not accept returns on opened coffee but are happy to provide an exchange or online store credit upon receipt of the unused portion of the product.

Unopened product: may be returned within 14 days.
